Just do what I do, internalize being really old. I'm only 35 but for the last decade I've imagined myself to be 80. This way, if I ever make it to that age I won't feel surprised by it.

I was a little fungus back in 2012 but I still remember having some fond memories... playing on my dsi and watching that one annoying orange show on cartoon network (how did that even happen??)
