Switch 2

I believe it should be called the Super Switch, or Super Nintendo Switch, like NES and SNES. I haven't looked forward to a new console release since the Xbox360, I feel like a school girl again! I always liked nintendo, but the Gamecube was the last Nintendo console I owned. I skipped the Wii, the WiiU, the 3DS and the switch. No particular reason, you just grow older and play games less, but this new Nintendo console has me salivating, not just for new releases, but all the switch ones I missed.

Anyone that thinks that it should be called anything other than Super Switch or Super Nintendo Switch, feel free to tell why you're wrong.

I cant wait to see how much of a big leap forward this consoles gonna be. I mean there really was no noticeable difference from Wii U to Switch but since they're saying this could be as powerful as a PS4 Pro/ Xbox One X thats still very impressive and I cant wait to see Nintendo utilize last gens hardware to the fullest

I never cared if a new console wasn't cutting edge, what matters most is are the games good?
I mean, I've played a few older games recently, and I couldn't care less that they're not 8K UTRA MEGA GRAPHIKS tm

I’m pretty sure it’s gonna be like the new Nintendo 3DS

The New Nintendo 3DS was still a 3DS though, not a new generation of console. If they do name it that, that would suck.

SNS just rolls off the tongue right, and really appeals to their traditional naming that established their character as a hardware company. If there isn't backwards compatibility though I'm going to [REDACTED]

Oh if there's no backwards compatibility I too will shriek.

@Sevi They can both look good AND utilize some cutting edge 4K60fps. I've seen more than plenty on Xbox Series X

Yeah if we can have both that'd be sweet, but if not, as long as the games are good it doesn't matter too much to me

my first console was the Wii so tecnical performance is less important to me than the games they will be releasing on there

(i just want a new F-Zero game...)
